For twenty-three years,  Cindy Joffrion has progressed in responsible experience and leadership in education and instructional management. She has held numerous positions within the industry, including teaching, instructional coordination, school superintendent and state instructional technology director. 

Cindy Joffrion’s experience as an educational leader has steered her toward her current post. As a grant writer, , she speaks firmly for the financial needs of non-profit organizations. Cindy Joffrion was the until 2005 president of the Funding Management Group, an organization dedicated to making available needed by non-profit organizations.

In addition to her work with The Funding Management Group, Cindy Joffrion is often a featured speaker at numerous local, state and national level conferences and workshops. Joffrion’s diverse background in the education industry enables her to educate others on topics such as instructional technology education issues, grant writing, and grant management techniques. Finally, Cindy Joffrion has published numerous journal articles, with subjects ranging from funding acquisition for schools, utilizing distance education instruction, funding school district technology initiatives, to grants for universities. 

Cindy Joffrion has completed both undergraduate and post-graduate programs at The University of Texas – Houston. She is a devoted resident of her Texas community and continues to dedicate her life to education.
